Following new fashion trends and getting into the Christmas spirit, I decided to elf myself. No, that’s not about getting extra Google traffic nor am I trying to become a part of the highly successful viral campaign [well, I have been planning to “elf myself” for a couple of days and I did at last when 5 of my friends sent me their elves – so, yes, that should be considered as viral campaign success]. It’s just Christmas coming and I have that spirit you know… It took some effort and patience as the website connection was down several times but I did manage to make two elves of myself: sad elf and smiling elf.
P.S. Merry Christmas to every dear reader of my young SEO blog! Thank you so much for your support and help [yes, it was hard, but so exciting to start blogging]!

Merry Christmas, Anne; i enjoy your blog – keep it up!
My wife did this after she got a link to it from one of her college friends. I think she laughed for 30 minutes or so over it. I’m not sure if it was seeing my grimacing mug on a middle-aged woman dressed up as an elf that tickled her or what, but she sure thought it was funny. 🙂
Happy Holidays!
@JMorris: I too find it funny. Is that only we, women, who are able to laugh at things like that?
You’re cute. We should get together …
Hi Ann, I just saw that below your “What’s your style article?
Very cute! Our music was used for that viral campaign so we followed it with more interest than usual. It was massively successful. At one point there was 8 elves created every second.
Thanks for your great blog and your valuable Tweets too.
